Before we start cooking we will introduce you to the spices we use, and how they should be combined with the ingredients.
The first recipe is the traditional Tom Yam soup, a healthy dish with typical Thai flavors prepared with your self made chili paste, seafood, lime juice and coconut milk.
After that we will make the most famous street food in Thailand: Pad-Thai fried noodles.
The third dish is delicious, creamy Massaman curry, Thai with Indian influences.
And to round it up, we will have the best dessert in the world: Mango Sticky Rice !
