Who We Are

After running Johann Bistro for a few years, Chef Johann felt that it would be a good idea to tailor made the menu for his quests. So the idea came up to open a small chef's table place,
in order to share his passion for food and good wine. Chef Johann firmly believes that good food should be simple,tasty and always prepare with the best ingredients.

Our CHEF

Christian Johann Kostner has built his career part from hotel kitchen, private club dining and michelin star restaurants, but the most valuable part from his father chef Norbert. He turned from civil engineering to be a chef by choice. Over ten years of professional experience and packed with many cooking tips, chef Johann is now ready to cook with you and for you.
