Coyote Mexican Bar & Grill is a stylish margarita bar and Mexican restaurant that is setting a new benchmark for spicy Tex-Mex cuisine. Unique items like imported smoked chipotle chilies, achiote paste, (both imported from Mexico), more than 50 hot sauces with names like ‘Toxic Waste’ (also imported) and 75 different margaritas make for a new culinary experience in a city that already boasts restaurants from every corner of the world.

The Southwest Grill restaurant became popular in American cuisine during the 1990’s when young chefs from the South West US states of New Mexico, Arizona, Texas and California started to experiment with the centuries old flavours of Mexico by smashing them head on into the amazing array of fresh produce that the modern American machine brings to the market place on a daily basis. Typical special dishes at Coyote include Smoked Turkey with Chorizo and Roasted Portobello Enchiladas, and Sun-dried Tomato, Shitake Mushroom and Roasted-garlic Quesadillas. We will also feature our notorious ‘The Monster’, a smoked pulled pork sandwich stacked so high even a Texan will marvel at it.
