ACCESS HOTELS SYSTEM
This Access hotels Reservations and Billing System enables you to share with your colleagues and create any number of bookings for any number of rooms for any date range.
The simple to use planner enables you to easily check availability and point and click on any empty available date and create a booking.
You can set up any number of Rooms and categorise them as you wish. You can create a room tariff which can be based on room category or season or any other criteria you choose.
You can select a room rate from the tariff on each booking or enter an ad-hoc rate just for that booking. You can add chargeable extras as required. Pricing for extras (or services) can be based on the number of occupants or number of days stay or both or a single charge.
You can email (or print and post) booking confirmations, bills and receipts direct from the booking screen.

Main Tabs Summary:
Help: displays this screen and you can select any help topic to read in the pick list at the top. You can print off one or all topics.
Planner: The main display for room availability and bookings.
Arrivals: A quick reference of all the guests expected to arrive today (and any no-shows). You can quickly check them in from this screen.
Current: A quick reference of all the guests currently checked-in.
Services: A quick reference of all the services (extras) scheduled for today e.g. Who is for breakfast or dinner etc.
Departures: A quick reference of all the quests due for check-out and billing today.
Lists and Settings: You can access the various supporting data screens here:
- Bill Layout and Defaults where you set up your billing details and set tax rates (if any)
- Email Settings where you tell me how to send confirmations and bills
- Extras Price List where you create your standard list of extras and supplements
- Rooms where you set up your rooms and categories
- Tariff where you set your default room rates
Reports: Here are a number of pre-defined reports that enable you to keep tabs on your reservations and billing receipts.
